Standard Delivery: Orders placed on 'Standard Delivery' will usually be dispatched within 48hrs assuming the item is in stock.

 

Next Day Delivery: Orders requesting 'Next Day Delivery' received BEFORE 2pm will usually be dispatched the same day, assuming the item is in stock. Orders requesting 'Next Day Delivery' received AFTER 2pm will usually be dispatched on the next working day, assuming the item is in stock.

In any situation where an item ordered is not in stock, we will make every attempt to immediately contact you to highlight the situation and agree a solution.

Once Gardenature has passed your shipment to the courier it is the responsibilty of the courier to deliver within the intended time scale. Whilst there is every intention to deliver on time we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

A purchased item may be returned for refund or credit within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise stated on its site description. Please email or telephone before posting anything back to us so that we may advise the best course of action for you. Gardenature will refund postage costs at discretion and also reserves the right (at our discretion) to charge up to 10% handling fees for re-stock, re-packaging and administrational costs. Only items that are in an un-used brand new condition will be accepted, this means no unwrapped cables etc.
